The Mental Health Nurse Coordinator is an advanced practice nurse who works collaboratively with Nurse Coordinators and partner agencies of the Ottawa Inner City Health Inc. in order to provide Mental Health assessments, develops and implements care plans and appropriate treatment options for patients living with Mental Health issues. The Mental Health Nurse Coordinator provides leadership and exemplifies the values of the Ottawa Inner City Health Inc. in his/her practice.
