- Supervise multiple locations and front-line associates of assigned area through enforcement of department policies/procedures
- Deliver performance targets and financial results
- Oversee associates including scheduling, facilitating meetings training, development, performance appraisals and corrective action
- Perform inventory management duties, including monitoring/maintaining visual presentation of location and maintain inventory levels
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand knowledge
