Brief Overview:
Under the supervision of the Director of Mental Health and Addictions, the Mental Health and Addictions Mobile Outreach Project Manager will help assist the MNS Department of Mental Health and Addictions in the delivery of an effective 24/7 Mobile Outreach Program and will be responsible in supervising the Mobile Outreach workers across the province. The Mental Health and Addictions Mobile Outreach Project Manager will provide operational support to the Mobile Outreach program and will help to carry out the programs objectives and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains awareness and understanding of community needs and trends relating to Mental Health and Addictions issues and/or concerns.
Develops, collects, and processes Mobile Outreach intake forms and referral forms.
Provides data entry and keeps records of confidential personal information.
Drafts briefing notes, articles, and bulletins for communication and education to Mobile Outreach Program.
