Microsoft 365 Data Protection Analyst

Robert Half is currently searching for a Microsoft 365 Data Protection Analyst to join our Client's Team on a one-year contract (with potential for extension).
In this role providing cyber security solutions you would assist the team in reducing risk to the organization.
What You Will Do:
You enjoy discussing technical and industry trends related to privacy and Data Protection and seek opportunities to demonstrate the capabilities of M365 specifically Purview.
You excel at identifying opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to optimize Data Protection capabilities.
You are passionate about assisting in the preparation and execution of strategic projects to reduce and mitigate risk at Nutrien.
You seek opportunities to interact with extended teams including participating in the creation and rollout of training and developing skill sets.
You have an inherent interest in Data Protection program implementation and solutions with a collaborative approach and growth mindset.
You seek new ways to reduce and mitigate risks related to information management Data Protection and insider threat.
You should possess most of the below skills/experience to be considered for this opportunity:
Expert knowledge of software engineering concepts requirements management development methodologies testing and documentation and experience moving from solution envisioning to implementation to rollout
Experience planning configuring and integrating Microsoft Defender including Defender for Office 365 Defender for Endpoint Defender for Identity and Defender for Cloud Apps
Experience configuring and operating Microsoft Sentinel or a similar related SIEM solution
Experience configuring and rolling out Microsoft Information Protection and Sensitivity Labels
Experience configuring and rolling out Microsoft Data Loss Prevention policies including Cloud DLP and Endpoint DLP
Experience configuring and rolling out Microsoft Records Managementand Data Life Cycle Management
Experience planning and supporting security capabilities within Azure AD and Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager
Experience writing and running PowerShell scriptsagainst Multiple Microsoft 365 workloads in particular the Security and Compliance and Purview Audit DLP Comms Compliance IP IRM RM etc. solutions.
Experience analyzing and actioning security risk assessment outcomes against Azure AD and Microsoft 365
Strong skills in establishing methodologies protocols and driving standards into daily practice
Understanding of Information Architecture taxonomy and knowledge management disciplines
Ability to multi-task and meet deliverable deadlines while maintaining professional demeanor under pressure
Ability to develop governance and change management plans to support technology deployments
Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives demonstrated by excellent written and verbal communications with technical and non-technical personnel
Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries
Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities
Ability to network and build relationships
5 years in a related field required
Certifications including but not limited to disciplines such as application life cycle management e.g. ITIL Product Owner SAFe DevOps MS Cloud certifications e.g. Azure MS 365 are strongly preferred
