We are well positioned to provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice on a range of complex banking, finance, and corporate matters and transactions, including project and acquisition finance, secured lending, debt and equity capital markets matters, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, venture capital transactions, and general commercial and corporate advisory matters. We are currently seeking to add to the existing strength of our team by adding an associate with strong experience in banking, project finance, and other secured lending. Experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions (private and/or public), securities and corporate/debt finance, and general corporate/commercial transactions would be an asset.
