MILLWORK FABRICATOR NEEDED!!!

Juiceworks is a full-service studio providing design development, fabrication, and project management for world-class exhibitions, experiences, and visitor attractions. We elevate our clients’ stories by pushing the limits of creativity, innovation & fabrication excellence to enhance the guest experience.

Juiceworks is headquartered on the border of Toronto and Mississauga, right by Pearson Airport. Our 80,000 sqft facility includes 70,000 sqft of shared production and warehouse space, and our 10,000 sqft office space has senior leadership, conference facilities, design, estimating, engineering/ detailing, project management, and field services.

• Manufacture and assemble high-quality custom structures.
• Analyze and interpret drawings, specifications, and sample parts to determine tolerances.
• Plan and map out fabrication strategies, determine the sequence of operations, and establish set up requirements.
• Collaborate with the team and look for ways to improve processes and troubleshoot current/future design and build challenges.
• Initiate staging by setting up frames and testing project elements.
• Complete basic paperwork such as timesheets and work orders accurately.
• Communicate any issues with timelines immediately to your supervisor.
• Follow all procedures as directed.
• Follow all safety rules at all times.
• Strive for zero defects and/or deficiencies on each job.
• Minimize wastage and scrap through careful and thoughtful work practices.
• Report any defective equipment or unsafe working conditions immediately.
• Other responsibilities as required.

Work hours: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, overtime as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 year's experience in a millwork shop.
• Must be comfortable setting up machining zeros.
• Experience with a variety of millwork machines is an asset.
• Ability to read shop drawings.
• Organized, punctual, and willing to work overtime.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
