Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mixer/Blender Operator to join our production team. The Mixer/Blender Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment to ensure the accurate blending of ingredients according to production specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients according to production recipes and specifications.
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality in the finished product.
• Monitor mixing processes and adjust settings as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address any maintenance or mechanical issues.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Collaborate with other production team members to coordinate workflow and meet production targets.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation to track inventory and ensure traceability of ingredients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating mixing equipment in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients.

Salary: $16.55-$24.00 per hour
