Mobile Home Park Manager

Requirements include

-Accurate record keeping (rent rolls-interviewing prospective tenants-resident files)
-Experience in residential tenancy
-ability to accomplish minor repairs and Maintenace (lawns-septic-water-snow clearing)
-Resolving tenant complaints and enforcing park rules and bylaws in a fair and timely manner
-Positive friendly attitude
-Subject to a criminal record search and drivers abstract
-References required
_renumeration is on-site accommodations and annual salary of $42,000
