GardaWorld is looking for Full-Time Mobile Field Manager to lead the overnight mobile crew. You will be responsible for answering to alarms during patrols and managing a fleet of Mobile officers effeceintly .
If you are seeking a job where no two days are the same, this one is for you! As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for the whole Mobile operations during your shift. You will be responsible for variety of settings including but not limited to condominiums, commercial properties, and malls.

What you’ll be doing
-Inspect guards at client sites
-Receive and dispatch alarms
-Monitor work performance of all M.O.’s in their crew
-Respond to any client requests
-Conduct wellness checks on guards as required
-Conduct Safety Checks on client sites as assigned
-Conduct lock ups / unlocks and patrols at client sites as assigned
-Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
-Deterring and responding to incidents on property
-Responding to various types of emergencies (fire alarms/elevator entrapment/intrusion alarms)
-Communicating regularly with patrons/clients
-Completing reports and memo book entries on a regular basis
-Patrolling in a variety of settings including but not limited to condominiums, commercial properties and malls
What we’re looking for
-Valid Manitoba Security Guard license and first aid card (CPR level C)
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous security experience (asset)
-Valid Manitoba driver's license with a clean abstract of more than 1 year.
-Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
-Computer skills and ability to write report
-Sense of observation and responsibility
-Honesty, autonomy and very good judgment
-Ability to intervene quickly and manage stress
-Team spirit and excellent customer service
