We’re looking for a Modern Workplace Experience Specialist who is responsible for coordinating and supporting the adoption and use of Modern Workplace tools by employees. The role is responsible for contributing to the delivery of a defined experience design process across channels for both Modern Workplace Experience projects and corporate projects that impact the Modern Workplace Experience. This includes supporting the delivery of change management strategies and tactics to help employees properly adopt new or enhanced technologies and processes and assisting in measuring and analyzing the benefits realized from Modern Workplace investments.

We hope you consider applying if you:

  • Have a solid understanding of the core Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.);
  • Can seamlessly support projects, from facilitating discussions with the business to identifying their needs to providing recommendations on what tools can be best used and which solutions can best fit their requirements to assisting in the implementation, training/roll-out and gathering of feedback;
  • Are passionate about designing and developing resources and materials to aid employees in utilizing different M365 tools;
  • Value collaborating and building relationships with different teams to develop and implement usage and adoption plans; and
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment while also helping others navigate through these changes.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, Information Technology, or Mathematics and Applied Sciences, or defined equivalency, preferably with a Change Management (e.g. ADKAR) certificationand 3 – 5 years’ experience in employee experience or process analysis. But we don’t want you to worry about checking every box!
