Under the supervision of the team leader the Modification Technician for the individual insurance division will be responsible for:

• Processing policy changes as per agent/ client requests.

• Corresponding on Business tracker with advisor.

• Corresponding on urgent cases with internal partners.

Qualifications

- General college degree/diploma is required. 2-3 years of relevant industry experience will be preferred.

- Good verbal and written language skills in both English and French owing to frequent interaction with English- and French-speaking colleagues and clients across Canada

- Experience of working in an Insurance Administration division or an MGA will be an asset.

- High organizational skills.

- Ability to prioritize effectively.

- Keen Attention to detail.

- Knowledge of life insurance will be preferred.

- Computer skills is required.

Salary: starting from $46,000
