What you’ll do:

• Builds relationships with credit union members, including seeking out new members and opening new accounts, along with maintaining positive and productive relationships with existing members.
• Provides full-cycle account services including processing general banking transactions, identifying and processing deposit, investment and lending needs and resolving account issues.
• Proactively connects with members to identify needs as well as seek opportunities for additional and future business, and strengthen members’ banking relationships with G&F.
• Collaborates with branches and other departments, and provides referrals to product specialists, to ensure a superior member experience and increase business across the credit union.
• Builds and maintains a professional network within the branch and local community and represents G&F as a positive community partner.

A little about your qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a sales and service-oriented role
• Excellent customer service and strong relationship building abilities
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit
• Self-initiative in driving your career and personal development
• Degree or diploma in Business or Finance is an preferred; general understanding of retail banking principles is an asset

Compensation

• Competitive base salary; reviewed annually. The salary range for this position is $43,260 to $54,075 starting salary will be based on related education, training, and experience.
