Morning Baker (Full-Time, Early Mornings)

This full-time position, with flexible hours ranging from 20-40 hours per week, offers a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of our growing business.

Baking Expertise:

As a Morning Baker, you will be responsible for baking and garnishing pastries, cookies, and sweets for daily sale in our cafe. Additionally, you will collaborate with the pastry team in preparing doughs and fillings for the bake. While experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate, with flexibility and room to grow within the business.

Qualifications:

• Experience in kitchen or bakery work is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, both independently and as part of a professional team
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Creativity, collaboration, and excellent communication skills

With a focus on work-life balance, this full-time role allows for hours ranging from 30-40 hours per week and requires early start times.

Starting Date:

The position is expected to start between mid to late April.
