Your day will look like:

  • Acts as initial point of contact for new residents and provides appropriate information for move-in including loading dock/elevator schedules, moving procedures, contact details, etc Participates in the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) process with the construction team, ensuring suites are complete and deficiency free when handed over by the construction team.
  • Prepares all Arrival Packages for incoming tenants;
  • Inspects all suites prior to tenant move in
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for a new resident for the first few weeks of occupancy ensuring any service issues, questions, or concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Ensures that proper notice is given in advance of entering occupied suites and/or that the resident has authorized entry in advance;
  • Perform all facets of the job in accordance with the legislation applicable to the jurisdiction, including: Health and Safety standards, WHMIS, AODA, PIPEDA and Human Rights;
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.

We would like you to have:

  • A High School Diploma is required and a College Diploma is an asset (i.e. administration or construction).
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in a similar field.
  • Working knowledge of general repair and maintenance in a property management setting,
  • Detailed oriented with superior organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
