The Role

The MyRequest Support II Team Member is responsible for risk management of errors that can have a high level of expense and revenue impact. You will provide support to the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts portfolio of hotels across the globe. You will work collaboratively to build, maintain and support distribution systems as it relates to hotel rates and room types. You are empowered to conduct detailed reviews and analyze assigned work tasks, validate incoming information for accuracy and content within an established time frame using multiple applications to achieve your goals.

What you'll do

  • The MyRequest Support II Team Members are responsible for bringing properties live on various Third Party websites within our service level agreements
  • You communicate regularly to various internal and third party contacts via email/phone to assist and educate on the Merchant Rate Program
  • The role involves researching and analyzing issues on third party websites as well as troubleshooting issues in the CRS; these responsibilities include building and maintaining all the information that describes each Wyndham branded hotel. Some functions are to update/review any static data, Standard rate plans, and inventory on the Online Travel Agents (OTA), Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and our own Central Distribution System (CRS)
  • The MyRequest Support II Team Member also builds, updates, verifies and follows up on all assigned tasks in multiple systems
  • You will make outgoing calls and are required to complete any projects dependant on the needs of the department

You'll be successful if you have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer centric and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership
  • Attention to Detail: Position requires meticulous and accurate communication/documentation

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • 1+ years professional experience working in the hospitality industry
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent job experience
