We are seeking an outgoing, determined, and driven National Account Executive to join our expanding team as we continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the freight brokerage and third-party logistics industry. As a National Account Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients, and building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Utilizing cold calling and networking techniques to build a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, effectively managing accounts, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with our team to create tailored proposals that meet the specific needs and objectives of each client
  • Utilizing persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales, cold calling, and lead qualification is an asset
  • Proven track record of success in sales and the ability to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Energetic, organized, and self-motivated individuals with a team-oriented mindset
