JOB TYPE: Permanent part-time
SCHEDULE: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken English

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to the Nursing Unit.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED), plus an administrative support program of over one year and up to two years in length or the equivalent;
- Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);
- One year of previous experience is required;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365;
- Know of other software programs currently used within the Network;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
