Who we are?
The Centre for Rehabilitation and Health (CRH) was founded in 2008 by Tamra Ellis, Occupational Therapist. CRH offers national coverage and a wide variety of return-to-work focused rehabilitation services including full case management services, account management, Initial Assessments, micropoint simulation (MPS), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT) and the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP). Referral sources can select from a continuum of rehabilitation services depending on the functional state of a particular client, or can access specific services, based on the needs of the file. We are always looking for talented Occupational Therapists with mental health experience and interest in working in a return-to-work capacity.

What you offer us:
- You are trained in one or more of the following: PGAP, CBT, CPT, DBT, MPS, BrainFX Certification, Case management, Ergonomics, Vocational services.
- You understand the importance of work and productivity to optimize health and wellness.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have capacity to accept referrals on a casual basis.
- You are able to meet the expected turnaround times for: initial contact with clients, submission of session notes and documentation, submission of invoices.
- You have computer skills to navigate our secure online file management system and utilize secure telehealth platforms (preferably Zoom for Healthcare).
- You have access to a secure and confidential work environment and technology to protect the privacy of our clients and software.
- You are registered in good standing with your College of Occupational Therapy. Preference may be provided to Occupational Therapists licensed to practice in more than one province.
- Travel to clients and access to a vehicle may be required depending on the referrals received.

Experience:
- Occupational Therapy: 2 year (preferred) but training provided for new grads.
