Must Possess:
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Programs.
- Exceptional skills working in On Line Learning Systems.
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Organizational skills with a keen attention to accuracy and detail.
- High school education.
- Excellent typing skills and computer research.
- Experience and confidence speaking to groups of people for training purposes, safety meetings, etc.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years Administrative experience.
- A Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.
Day-to-Day Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers.
- Answering telephone and relaying messages accurately.
- Compiling data, statistics and other information.
- Opening, distributing and responding to electronic correspondence.
- Ordering and sale of retail safety supplies.
- Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Working with large MS Word documents.
- Working in ISNetworld and Complyworks and other safety registries.
- Attending client locations for consulting, safety meetings, etc.
- Good customer service skills.
Would be an Asset:
- Knowledge in transportation and log book correcting.
- Experience with Quick Books.
- Experience with purchasing.
- Web Design.
- Background in Information Systems Technology.
