Office Administration

Must Possess:

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Programs.
• Exceptional skills working in On Line Learning Systems.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Organizational skills with a keen attention to accuracy and detail.
• High school education.
• Excellent typing skills and computer research.
• Experience and confidence speaking to groups of people for training purposes, safety meetings, etc.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years Administrative experience.
• A Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.

Day-to-Day Tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers.
• Answering telephone and relaying messages accurately.
• Compiling data, statistics and other information.
• Opening, distributing and responding to electronic correspondence.
• Ordering and sale of retail safety supplies.
• Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Working with large MS Word documents.
• Working in ISNetworld and Complyworks and other safety registries.
• Attending client locations for consulting, safety meetings, etc.
• Good customer service skills.

Would be an Asset:

• Knowledge in transportation and log book correcting.
• Experience with Quick Books.
• Experience with purchasing.
• Web Design.
• Background in Information Systems Technology.
