Responsibilities
- Make, modify, and maintain the current inventory spreadsheet that includes all of the retail stock that should always be available for use by sales representatives and Finance Managers
- Take pictures of vehicles, edit them, and upload them to the prescribed company portal
- Complete the detailed descriptions of uploaded vehicles in the prescribed company portal
- Ensure that all deal jackets for inventory are up to date, and include all necessary documents
- Keep track of all inventory, and perform any necessary detailing, mechanical, and bodywork
- Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multi iline phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mails and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment
- Produce professional-quality reports, presentations, and briefs when needed
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience
- Superb written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Must be a good team player
- Must be well-organized and self-starter
- Must have a keen eye for attention to detail
Other requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and safe driving history
- Must be open to a background check and drug test if required
Job Types: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
