Responsibilities:
Answer and screen all incoming phone calls.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
Handle minimal in-store sales transactions.
Maintain the company database with precision, including customer information, serial numbers, equipment tracking, work orders, and home building data.
Provide coverage for other roles during holidays.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely information dissemination.
Manage paperwork from builder websites and order office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Phone/customer service skills.
Takes initiative to handle tasks proactively.
Comfortable communicating over the phone.
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
