- Perform general office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update office records, including filing and organizing documents
- Assist with data entry and data management tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Post rantels on Marketplace & kjjijj Etc. Acoounts
- Reply to all

- Need to have expirance of property managment,
- Communication with tenants & orgenizie with tenants Etc,
- Make nice pitchers of apartments and post them
- Previous experience in an office administration role preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
