Academic support (40%):
Support research related publications.Assemble abstracts, copy-edit and format research papers and grant applications, circulate for approvals, publish on the Centre’s webpage.
Edit conference proceedings.
Upload Professor’s publications, and institutional activities to related field institute websites.
Coordinate, edit and contribute to the drafting of the Centre’s newsletter and Centre’s Annual Report.
Promote the work of the Centre.This may include staffing an information booth at conferences.
Administrative support (60%)
Book meetings.
Coordinate travel and work schedules, make travel arrangements.
Prepare and submit travel expenses and prepare invoices.
Organize activities for employees.
Resolve other administrative problems.
