Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Office Assistant will be expected to provide general assistance and customer service support in the client service office. Responsibilities will include information distribution, membership sales and general customer service inquiries.
Duties
- Greet and welcome customers
- Respond to client calls and emails
- Provide general information regarding Athletics and Recreations programs and policies
- Provide membership sales service
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
- Ability to learn house software
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 on a scale of 0-4.
