Who We're Seeking:

• Integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic are the traits we value the most.
• You should have a valid Class 5 Manitoba driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• To keep you connected, you'll need a cell phone with data. And yes, we reimburse our staff $5 every two weeks to support your data plan.
• Physical strength is essential. You should be comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds, which is the ability to lift a mop pail with water up to a sink.
• Flexibility is key for us. Our shifts are scheduled for evenings during the week and on weekends.

Your Role:

• You'll play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various commercial spaces. This includes offices, restrooms, lunchrooms, and common areas.
• Your daily tasks will involve vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and ensuring that cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Keeping your cleaning products, tools, and equipment in great shape is part of the routine.
• Communicating with your team is an important part of the job.

Team Leaders are selected for their demonstrated character and leadership abilities, to be responsible for the performance and well being of their assigned team of cleaning staff and select buildings. They generally work in their area and their work consists of cleaning buildings, designing cleaning programs, upholding cleaning standards, supporting their teams, etc.
