We are seeking a diligent and experienced Office Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within our office premises. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Duties:
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various facilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other areas as assigned
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within given timeframes
