Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Retrieve files and documents for staff members upon request
- Sort and categorize documents according to established filing systems
- Assist with file audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide front desk support
- Monitor and order office supplies as required
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in office software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
