Office Support Clerk

Job Description

The Edge, A Leader’s Magazine, seeks an experienced Office Support Clerk to join our financial department. The successful candidate will be crucial in various financial tasks and Office Support responsibilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process financial statements and other intricate documents.
• Compile, organize, and prepare AR and AP transactions.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping accounting and taxation-related functions.
• Manage the filing system and retrieve records and reports, ensuring the safekeeping of all company documents.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in the related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
• Experience in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have a solid attention to detail.
• Punctual, possessing a strong work ethic, and always maintaining confidentiality.
