Responsabilities
- Verify the identity of people and vehicles entering the secure area at the gatehouses, using the lists of expected persons, and grant them access if necessary;
- Maintain lists of visitors, suppliers and others without access cards;
- Issue access cards, passes and parking stickers to employees and customers as agreed;
- Update and follow up files, ensure proper billing of customers, deposit of amounts received and management of petty cash;
- Receive and follow up on security clearance application forms (including fingerprinting);
- Provide support to the Harbour Master's Office as required, in particular by taking calls when overloaded, and by managing incoming calls during the implementation of the emergency plan, where applicable;
- Assist Safety Officers, notably in checking vehicles in the database, following up on files, writing reports or work requests;
- Monitor cameras on site;
- Ensure communications with security officers on QPA territory;
- Follow up on internal and external service calls following reports from security officers, maintenance work requests or service calls for external suppliers;
- Ensure the distribution of relevant documentation to the various security posts, including the printing and distribution of registers to the gatehouses;
- Maintain the security communications equipment register (radio, microphone, charger, etc.) and the temporary key and card loan register;
- Perform any other related tasks.

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- One (1) year of experience in similar functions;
