Job Overview: We are actively seeking a dynamic and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Engineering Support/Sales professional. In this integrated role, you will contribute significantly to our oil and gas customers' technical support and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain valuable client relationships.

Responsibilities:

· Offer expert technical assistance to clients in the oil and gas industry, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the prompt resolution of technical challenges.

· Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to analyze and resolve complex technical problems faced by clients.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.

· Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, comprehending their needs and proposing suitable technical solutions.

· Collaborate closely with the sales team to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential clients.

· Stay abreast of the latest developments and innovations in oil and gas technologies.

· Conduct training sessions for clients on the usage and benefits of our products and services.

· Cultivate and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients.

· Understand client needs and collaborate internally to ensure those needs are met.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

· Prepare reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Post-secondary diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field.

· Proven experience in technical support and sales within engineering technology.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

· Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.

· Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Preferred Skills:

· Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.

· Project management skills.

· Ability to travel as needed.

Additional Qualifications:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills, technical competence, and attention to detail.

· Self-motivated and efficient with time management.

· Skilled in applying problem-solving techniques to complications that may arise.

· Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently, at a fast pace, and produce quality work.

· Ability to be organized and follow a systematic method of performing a task.

· Ability to meet safety requirements to attend site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship / Co-op

Salary: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
