Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with office organization and maintenance, including filing documents and ordering supplies
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Coordinate and assist with special projects as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook Calendar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to type efficiently
