Looking for a couple to manage the Villas of Muskoka Resort in Bracebridge, Ontario

21 units consisting of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom Townhouse Villas on Lake Muskoka.

Contract start date Monday April 29, 2024

Handling the day-to-day operation of a self-catering resort that is open year-round.

Rentals

Rental sales, correspondence, reservations, rental financials

Working with and maintaining resort computer software: reservations, web site, bookkeeping, advertising etc.

Marketing & advertising through social media, in-house booklets, and computer software.

Liaison with government agencies: fire prevention, health inspector, township regulation employees and completing requirements.

Housekeeping and Maintenance

Operating housekeeping & maintenance departments: hiring, training, scheduling, reporting cleaning, inspections, lost & found and ordering.

Monitoring and inspections: propane, water system, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, septic, garbage, internet, bubbler.

Completing small repairs, supervising, and coordinating larger maintenance repairs and projects on the property and in the units.

24-hour emergency services for owners and renters

Maintenance of property: gardening, beach raking, geese removal, non-motorized boats and other recreational equipment, clubhouse, and docks. Arranging sub-contractors or in-house for lawn care and snow removal.

Shopping for supplies for all departments.

Condo Board and Owners

Property insurance, rental coordinating, payouts and bookkeeping, owners’ charges, in-house maintenance of units and outsourcing. Other owners’ requests.
