Role:
This role supports sales and operational goals by managing customer invoices: gathering the required documentation, entering data and initiating the invoicing process. Shifts are Sunday – Thursday from 11pm – 7am.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitoring billing office workflow to ensure shipping documents are generated in a timely manner.
- Preparation of all outbound documentation for various carriers.
- Use of warehouse management system to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed on schedule.
- Compiling information and entering data into various spreadsheets and computer programs.
- Other Duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:
- Completion of some post-secondary education.
- 1+ year office administration experience.
- Experience in a distribution environment would be an asset.
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel
