Midland Transport is currently seeking an Operations Clerkreporting to the Office Managerat the Moncton Terminal. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a “Can Do” attitude.
Qualifications:
- Education Required: High School Diploma
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Problem solving ability with required sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
- P&D manifesting
- Fuel Reconciliation
- P&D entry
- DNR Queue
- Monitor Moncton inbox
- Closing daily bills
- Unmanifested freight report
- Deliveries due today report
- Various other admin tasks
