Salary We are currently hiring one Operations Coordinator for Mississauga, Ontario, for a temporary 6-months contract.
Your mission at GardaWorld:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the Secured Transport team within our Cash Services Division. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations and answering customer requests.

On a typical day you will:
-Support the management team to plan and organize day-to-day activities
-Investigate to verify and resolve customers' and shippers' complaints
-Serve as a contact person for all workers from assigned territories
-Conduct employee training sessions on customer service subjects
-Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members
-Monitor operations to ensure that our customers are serviced in a timely fashion
-Collaborate with other supervisors and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
-Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee or schedule changes
Your profile :
-5 years of customer service, preferably in the logistics or transport sector
-2 years’ experience in administration and management of unionized employees (asset)
-Available to work on an overnight schedule, if needed
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
-Driven by offering exceptional customer service
-Sense of urgency, outstanding communication, and problem solving
-Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
-Mechanical and/or electrical inclination is an asset
-Experience training and coaching is an asset
