Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Management:
• Efficiently coordinate the deployment of taxis to meet customer demands.
• Monitor and manage the daily schedule of drivers to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
• Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact between drivers and customers, providing clear and concise instructions and information.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests from both drivers and customers in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Real-Time Monitoring:
• Utilize dispatch software and tools to track the real-time location of vehicles and adjust assignments as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Respond promptly to unforeseen events or disruptions to maintain smooth operations.
• Problem Resolution:
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with drivers to overcome obstacles and provide timely solutions.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including trip details, driver information, and customer interactions.
• Generate reports to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in dispatching or a related field.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and tools or strong IT background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
