Position Overview:

As the Optical Manager at our White Rock store, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver outstanding service within a dynamic and customer-focused environment. You will oversee various aspects of store operations, including employee scheduling, sales targets, product management, and team development. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards.
• Manage employee schedules
• Drive optical sales targets to meet and exceed expectations.
• Oversee product management processes, including ordering and receiving.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.
• Perform optical tasks such as measurements, fitting, adjustments, and dispensing, adhering to provincial regulations.
• Foster a positive diverse and inclusive workplace environment that promotes a sense of belonging among team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Upper Management to ensure effective communication and support.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in optical retail management is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
• Knowledge of optical products and services is an asset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with customers.
