Eye Appeal Vision Care is a local Optometrist office located in West Lethbridge. We opened in 2006 and have been supported by our community ever since. We have 3 full-time doctors committed to providing the best eye care for their patients.
Our Optometric practice is a team orientated, patient-centered office. We are a high volume eyecare practice that believes in giving the best possible care to all our patients. We believe in treating every patient in a friendly and caring manner.
Eye Appeal Vision Care is looking for a strong, reliable, organized individual to join our team! We have one full-time position (40 hrs per week) available. This position will require you to have great patient care, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and time management skills to ensure smooth clinic flow.
What the role includes:
- Greeting patients, directing patient flow in clinic
- Scheduling appointments over the phone, over email, or in-person
- Managing phone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing referrals
- Conducting preliminary testing which includes but is not limited to: autorefraction, checking intraocular pressures, capturing retinal scans/photos
- Desire to learn about new products/technologies
- Working alongside team members and doctors to create a pleasant experience for our patients
Previous employment in an eyecare practice is recommended but not required. We offer in-house training for considered candidates. This position is ideal for any individual who is interested in a long-term career with the possibility of expanding education.
