Position description:
- Providing daily support to clients, respecting their individualized care plan.
- Participating in the development and implementation of intervention plans.
- Supporting clients in their daily life activities, such as hygiene care, meals, recreational activities, and outings.
- Ensuring effective communication with families and other professionals involved in the clients' care.
- Participating in training and team meetings to continuously improve the quality of care and services provided.
- Documenting observations and clients' progress on a regular basis.
Required Experience:
- Diploma in special education, intervention in delinquency, or social work.
- Students in these fields of education are accepted (with 50% of the program completed).
- Relevant certifications such as CPR Level C, ITCA, BILL 90, and MAPAQ training for employees handling meals.

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
