Order Entry Clerk

MP Lighting is a Vancouver-based lighting manufacturer specializing in manufacturing LED fixtures, Low Voltage, Line Voltage, and Multi-Circuit Track Systems. MP Lighting is looking for a full-time, permanent Order Entry Clerk. This position is to start as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Code, calculate, enter, verify and reconcile orders/quotes/ transactions, prices, and commissions.
• Prepare and issue confirmation documents related to customers' purchase orders.
• Calculate costs of materials, overhead and other expenses based on estimates, quotations, price lists and commissions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems.
• Correspond/communicate and coordinate projects with production.
• Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, emailing, phone‐calling, maintaining files and record systems, faxing and photocopying.
• Coordinate with sales team and production department.
• Serve as a back-up Customer Service Clerk.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
