The work you'll be involved in
The OD Consultant works in a fast-paced role and drives initiatives in employee learning, team performance, leadership growth, engagement, and innovative organizational design. Planning, coaching, and providing solutions for organizational challenges using OD principles. Contributing to the development and maintenance of various OD projects. Designing and implementing OD processes within HR systems.
Designing and facilitating employee training programs.
Promoting continuous learning and development across the organization.
Reviewing and enhancing plans for attracting, retaining, and developing skilled employees.
What we're looking for: Typically to be successful in this role, a person will have:
Degree in commerce, business administration, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
4-6 years of experience in Organizational Development or related fields.
Practical experience in designing and delivering programs with OD principles.
Ability to lead meetings, training sessions, and work groups.
Demonstrated learning agility and organizational skills.
Experience in collaborative, team-based environments.
Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently.
Skilled in designing and facilitating adult training.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Analytical skills for interpreting various types of data.
