```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of two outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers and host/hostesses
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development to existing staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff
- Familiarity with food industry regulations and best practices
