Parts Outside Sales Representative
Location: Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

Position Overview:
As a Parts Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for automotive parts and a proven track record in outside sales.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, coordinated with parts manager.

- Share feedback, new parts order and any ideas from business partners with parts manager.

- Identify and pursue new body shops and repair business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Conduct regular product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our automotive parts and accessories.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
