Outside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation

• Identify and target potential clients in the construction, architecture, and design industries.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Cultivate new relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to expand the customer base.

3. Product Knowledge and Presentation

• Develop a deep understanding of our exterior cladding products and their applications.
• Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

4. Sales Quotes & Target

• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product and service offerings.

6. Travel and Territory Management

• Conduct on-site visits with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Effectively manage and prioritize travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in Outside Sales, preferably in the construction or building material industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively to drive results.
• Knowledge of exterior cladding products and their applications is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales role
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Salary: $48,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
