Job Description
Oversight
- Support all businesses and functional owners in identifying outsourced services
- Responsible for a regional initiative to confirm intra-group inventory of services being received / provided
- Support all businesses and functional owners with their performance / SLA management accountabilities
- Support the inclusion of local regulatory requirements in Enterprise’s policies, standards, procedures and related programs
Governance
- Ownership of all regulatory reporting requirements in region, including: Singapore MAS requirements for both Singapore Branch and TrustCo, Australian APRA, ASX and ASIC requirements, China NFRA requirements, Japan JFSA requirements and Hong Kong HKMA requirements
- Ownership of all processes to ensure maintenance, including data integrity, of regional / legal entity Outsourcing Registers, returns and appropriate regulatory notifications
- Ownership of Outsourcing Procedures for Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and others as required
- Oversight of local Supplier Risk Management Assessments
- Escalate material issues and risks locally
- Support local accountability for issue and resolution management
- Support SMO with local IAS requirements and reviews
