Job description

Owner Experience Coordinator (Front Desk/Concierge) - Full-time / Part-Time.

Always lending a helping hand with a smile. Your passion for Customer Service, Admin and Property Care, as well as your respect for our Owners’ homes will ensure that our owners feel welcome as soon as they arrive.

We are looking for two team members who have Customer Service/Concierge/Front Desk/Admin experience, but who like a bit of variety!

FT - 4 days a week (Thurs to Sun) - Varied shifts

PT - 3 days a week (Sat to Mon) - Varied shifts.

We are small team of varied and ages and backgrounds, so we welcome all applicants in the area.

What you will be doing (Owner Experience Coordinator):

  • Help coordinate the day-to-day operations with friendly and engaging service
  • Handle the Owner arrival experience & departure experience, requests & concerns; and react quickly to guarantee memorable moments for our owners
  • Booking massages, activities, transfers and dinner reservations
  • Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including the lodge, health club, spa, change rooms, washrooms, and pool area
  • Ensure Owner homes meet standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Perform housekeeping touch up duties as required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Comply with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts policies and procedures

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Prior experience working with RDP or a related hospitality system
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • Canadian Driver's License in good standing
  • Attention to detail and administrative skills required
