- Average 5000miles/week
- Depending on locations 5 days on the road and 2 home or 10-12 days on the road and 3-4 home
- Paid for ALL customer pickups and deliveries- more for additional drops or picks
- Paid wait time at customer locations (for 1+ hours)
- Paid Fuel Surcharge per mile
- Volume pricing for fuel
