Package Cargo Handler - Evening Shifts

 Adecco is currently hiring for temporary, full time Package Cargo Handlers to work the day shifts at our client, a global and well-established logistics company. Get your foot in the door with our client, who values growth for its employees and has a friendly working environment.

• Pay rate: $16/hour

• Location: Winnipeg, MB

• Shifts: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday – 3:30PM to 8:00PM
  Tuesday – 4:00PM to 8:00PM
  Friday – 4:00PM to 10:00PM

• Job type: Temporary | full-time (1 month)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the unloading of packages from shipping containers

• Place packages on conveyor belts

• Use RF Scanner to scan packages

• Build and stretch wrap pallets as instructed

• Prepare packages for delivery and place in proper locations within the warehouse

Requirements and Qualifications: 

• Able to stand and walk throughout the duration of the shift

• Able to follow verbal and written instructions

• Good communication skills are a must

• Attention to detail and accuracy are needed

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
