Job Description:
What will you work on?
This internship offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, allowing the intern to develop practical skills and gain exposure to various aspects of Packaging and brand development within the toy industry
How will you create impact?
- Package Design: Work closely with the packaging design team to assist in the creation of innovative and visually appealing packaging solutions for our exciting toy lines.
- Branding/Graphic Design: Assist in creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics and visual collateral.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production, to understand packaging requirements and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Conceptualization: Contribute creative ideas and concepts to design projects, while incorporating feedback from team members to refine and enhance designs.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals and layouts. 3D rendering knowledge is an asset.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Research: Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and incorporate fresh ideas into design projects.
What are your skills and experience?
- Available for hybrid work model, 3 days per week in office
- Must be able to work full-time as an intern
- A portfolio showcasing your best work
- Comfortable in a Mac work environment
- Knowledge of Keyshot and 3D work environment for static image rendering (nice to have)
