Packer/Organizer

Responsibilities:
- Train and learn FreshStart Homes' packing,unpacking, organizing methods
- Load and unload materials from van and other staff vehicles
- Wrapping and packing of items into boxes in homes for clients' moves, renovations, etc
- Unwrapping and unpacking of items and organizing packing materials
- Organizing items in client homes after a move or to reorganize for optimal efficiency
- Working under the supervision of owner or team lead ; following detailed instructions - Drive to different homes and job sites, work as a team; work quickly and efficiently
- Clean, professional, punctual, reliable, respectful

- Strong interest and ability in organizing and maximizing space.

- Labour intensive; some lifting and moving; able to stand and work on your feet all day

FreshStart Home is expanding! We need highly organized hard workers who work well in a team and are empathetic and compassionate. You need to be a strong, capable, physical person; able to work well with clients while taking direction from the team lead. Client satisfaction is imperative and each job is different so you need to be flexible and cooperative. A car is a plus but not required. Jobs are all over the GTA and start at 9:15am so you need to arrive on time and be able to work until 5pm. Packing, moving, home organizing experience is an asset but not required. Positive, hardworking and flexible is crucial. We will train you in our unique method and protocols. We work together as a team to get the job done to the very best and ensuring each clients' complete satisfaction is a must. You will help to unload and load materials from van to home for each job. The day will consist of packing up or unpacking an area of a clients home, or helping them declutter before a move, organizing a kitchen cabinet or closet, etc. We offer a variety of services. You need to be reliable, punctual and adaptable. We are looking for people who love to organize and work hard in a team while maintaining optimum professionalism with compassion.
